A truley artisan wine from a tiny, family owned estate. Maurizo who took over from his grandfather is now the owner, winemaker, administrator and even delivery driver if necessary! Made in the traditional method, using 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Bianco with a relatively low dosage of 8g/ L. By using a higher proportion of Pinot Bianco than some producers Vignetu Cenchi achieve riper, more intense fruit flavours even using a lower dosage and still achieve well balanced wines.
