It all starts with Pasquale. A seasoned Italian chef and restauranteur, he moved to Edinburgh in the 1970s. He now calls Edinburgh home, and after owning several restaurants in the city and teaching his son, Jonathan, his trade; he has settled into Frizzante Proseccheria. Italian food inspired by their home in Naples, with a local Edinburgh twist.
